Giving thanks with MB Group

Happy Thanksgiving! During this special season, we’ve been thinking a lot about all the things we’re grateful for here at MBG…and it was a really long list. We thought you would be thankful that we’ve shortened it to our top 5.

Abundance

Despite inflation and inklings of possible economic recession, the year 2022 has been fabulous for virtually all our clients. We have seen client businesses posting record sales growth, pursuing innovation, and adding more and higher quality talent to their bench. We are so proud of our MBG clients and all of their success!

Our networking and referral partners are experiencing the same type of growth and we, ourselves, are enjoying stream of business owners looking for accounting and tax advisory services. We are grateful that so many entrepreneurs have placed their trust in us as their CPA….it means a lot to us when we are appointed to this prestigious position in a business owner’s life.

We are also thankful for the abundance of recognition received this year for our efforts…. our team is filled with talented, hardworking professionals who have achieved much in 2022, including Inc. Magazine Best Workplaces, DBJ Best Places to Work, Top 50 Women in Accounting, Enterprising Woman of the Year and a nomination as a 2023 Women Business Council’s Southwest Women-Business Enterprise of the Year. 

Future

The best is yet to come! We are immensely grateful that we are filled with a sense of optimism and positivity about what the future holds. One thing that particularly excites us is how our planning focus can truly change someone’s financial future. It’s awesome to know our work is directly connected to the achievement of financial goals and dreams.

People

Everything begins and ends with people at MBG, and we are immensely thankful for all the relationships that exist because of the work we get to do. A huge shout out of thanks to you, all of our amazing clients for choosing us to be your accounting partner year over year!
It truly takes a village so cheers to the best team – they do whatever it takes to make sure all the client work gets done and they try so very hard to make it as painless as possible. And, finally, to our raving fans and referral partners – thanks for always keeping us top of mind and
allowing us to be a resource. We love solving accounting and tax problems, so keep ‘em coming!

Curiosity

We are appreciative that a strong sense of curiosity has been instilled in the culture of our firm and our desire to think differently has translated into some incredible solutions for our clients. We’re committed to asking questions and to let our curiosity lead the way (a huge thank you to Ed Kless for educating us on this subject).

Change

Everything seems to be changing at a very rapid pace in the world and we’re grateful for our firm’s ability to embrace change and thrive amidst it. This year, we’ve implemented several new applications and technology solutions to enhance our service delivery in the coming tax season. We’re committed to the relentless pursuit of improvement and always working to be better for our clients.
